Breakfast wasn’t included. The address was secure, quiet, no noise from the street. Slept fine.

Room was pretty, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and informative, even provided additional heatengm relating to the recent storms. CCTV gave good security. Good value for money overall, and worth the stay.
