Amanda “Poor cleanliness and in state of disrepair . Beds not as described”
Nothing! Complained to owner who in fairness got in touch by ‘phone day after and offered full refund which we expect, but not received as yet. He agreed not acceptable and he hadn’t visited the property in a while, leaving it in the care (or not) of a cleaner! He has since update the bed description to reflect 2 doubles.

Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything you could possibly want for a short stay in nottingham. Incredibly helpful host, there was a small issue with the heating and they responded almost instantly with a call and were able to fix it for me. Would stay again.

It is great spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and a small garden at the back. The beds are very comfortable, and the area is quiet. The kitchen was fully furnished and the washing machine was a bonus. We stayed 2 nights and were very satisfied with the property and the hosts. Key collection was a new experience for me, as generally in my previous stays we got door codes which is simpler to communicate and use, also given that we may not have arrived in time to get assistance on phone, which we had to do in our case.
