Hotel Overview

With free Wi-Fi throughout, Mama’s Inn Boutique Guest House is situated on the Northern fringe of Nottingham city centre, fronting Mansfield Road and backing onto Huntington Street (A60 road). The guest house is excellently located to a wide array of shops and amenities, including the Victoria Shopping Centre.
All bedrooms at Mama’s Inn Boutique Guest House are en suite and fully-equipped with bathrobes, slippers, and tea/coffee making facilities. Each room has its own unique character, inspired by famous magnificent cities, such as New York, London, Paris, Casablanca, Tokyo, Vienna, Venice, Cairo and St. Petersburg.
Breakfast is available each morning, and evening meals can be provided by prior request. Mama’s Inn Boutique Guest House features a bar on the ground floor where guests can enjoy a selection of drinks.
The University of Nottingham is less than 3 miles miles from the building, and the Galleries of Justice are just 5 minutes drive away.

The Cairo room is decorated with Egyptian style furniture, bedding and table lighting in traditional ancient Egyptian colour scheme - gold, black and blue.

Executive Double or Twin Room - enter dates to see room photos

The room features a Tokyo theme and has slightly lower beds than usual. As a result, this may be not be suitable for guests with back problems.

Executive Triple Room - enter dates to see room photos

The executive triple room - St. Petersburg is decorated in sky-blue, white and gold colours to capture the palette of the city. The room’s elegant interior shows a mixture of contemporary design and more traditional furnishings and features, including satin bedding, en-suite spacious bathroom with separate bath and a shower and 3 beds with high headboards. Room has a seating area with glass-top table and armchairs next to the window.

The loft room comprises of two rooms which are not separated by a door. There are six single beds which can accommodate 6 guests. It is situated on the top floor and is equipped with a sofa, arm chairs, a flat-screen TV, a work desk, wardrobe, and a fridge. There are 2 large Velux windows with black-out screens. Please note, this room can only be accessed by stairs, and as a result it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Very clean, and comfortable bed. Quirky and not like the usual ,bland decor of most hotels. Toiletries good. Very good location and walking distance of city centre and 2 mins walk from Arboretum.

The room was beautifully prepared, the theme was London and that was executed perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the Internet was fast. Not a thing could've been better. Me and my partner had a lovely time and I recommended anyone to stay here.

The location is perfect, 5mins walking from the city center and still easy to reach by car. Marina and David are incredibly friendly and helpful. On our day of return we were even able to get our breakfast for on the road, freshly prepared. The breakfast during the rest of the stay is a must try as well, lots to choose from that is freshly prepared every morning.
