Location was very good for being so close to everything. Easy to check in, room where comfortable and the staff were nice. Many restaurants located close to the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Arash on reception was very kind and very warm and friendly .....even tho it was - 4 outside 7.30 am !!! I was waiting for my colleague who was late but Arash vey kindly gave me a coffee whilst I was waiting ...a gesture very gratefully received . 😊😊😊😊

The location of the hotel is great - less than ten minutes walk from the station. There is a tram stop directly outside and this provided excellent links. My visit was to the university so getting there and back was quick, cheap and easy. The hotel staff were great - helpful and friendly.

Fabulous location..right next to tram stop and walking distance to all pubs, shops and activities. Friendly staff, clean place, comfy bed, nice shower, tea and coffee in room. Perfect for a short break in the city centre.
