Place was perfect for our one night stay, 15min Uber ride to the centre of Nottingham. Room was very clean and we were allowed to gain entry to the rooms at 1pm.

Cosy and tidy. The host was very friendly and amenable. A good location with some good options for food and entertainment nearby, also close to the motorway for driving in/out of Nottingham. The room (and whole house) was tidy, clean and warm. There was even a small kitchen by the room on the top floor.

Great location. 1 minute walk to the train station. 2 minutes to the centre of Beeston with big choice of restaurants/shops/bars. Very quiet. Clean and great value. Lovely welcome from Julie who was very kind and helpful. As were the owners when I stupidly managed to lock myself out in the freezing cold dressed only in my running kit. Gareth was away with his family but sent someone round with spare keys. Definitely use again. Thank you Julie and Gareth! ❤️

Comfortable, well appointed room. No staff onsite or breakfast in room rate, but microwave and fridge were provided along with iron and ironing board for communal use. Off street free parking. Would stay there again.
