Please note due to our business circumstances we are unable to offer early check-in and late check-out. Our very last check-in is at 10PM.Please note that breakfast is optional and can be added upon check-in time.Guests at the bed and breakfast can add Full English/Irish or a vegetarian breakfast to room rate upon check-in.

Very clean and comfortable. The owner/manager was very nice and friendly and welcoming. The family room was very spacious and having a kitchen is a bonus. We enjoyed our stay.

On arrival, I was offered upgrade to an en-suite room for the same price, as one had become available. This made my stay more enjoyable. I appreciated them thinking of my comfort. :-)

A small room, but the price was good. Private bathroom with shower. Basic, but everything was there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Safe off road parking. No breakfast booked, so unable to comment.

Immaculately kept. Staff polite, helpful and welcoming. The full English breakfast was very good. Would stop off again here but would prefer an en suite room lower down without all the stairs.
