The location is brilliant for the motor point arena it walking distance, it's a small apartment but 4 adults can stay at a bit a of a squash, there is noise restrictions in place which was not a problem for me but could be for some people, the price was great and the communication with the owner was great

Excellent location, not even 5 min walk to the Arena which was the purpose of our journey, and only 10 mins out of town. Lovely and clean.

Not only is this apartment incredibly quirky and cozy, the owner is a very generous and kind person. I left an important item behind when I checked out, and after messaging them, they searched the apartment with their cleaners and tracked it down for me. I dont live in Nottingham so they posted it back to me! I am so very grateful to them, and I would like to tell people about their hospitality, as with every good bnb, having an owner like this is ideal, as you know that they are receptive and helpful! The bathroom is strange in a really good way. The sink is on the floor when you go in, and the rest of the bathroom is up three steps with a safety rail to get up and down. First time I've ever seen something like that at a bnb and I loved it. The kitchen is really open and has a lot of appliances, but as we only stayed for one night we didn't need to use it. There is a lockbox so you don't lose any keys. The centre is close by and we were able to walk there from the bnb, but it was still quiet enough that we slept easily. The bed and sofa were both very comfortable - sofa is like a firm mattress but they come with a spare duvet and covers in the cupboard. Overall I really enjoyed myself on this visit, and I would love to go again. Thank you again all of the staff and owners!

The apartment is very cozy. It is true that it has lots of stairs and the bathroom is a bit weird, but the bed was ok and the living room as well. Our room was in the upper floor (4th).
