Beds really comfy. Staff really welcoming and helpful . Location was about mile from city but on the bus route and bus stop really close to hotel. Fantastic fish and chip shop across the road

The reception team were very friendly and helpful and we were very impressed and grateful that they were able to change our room after the 1st night (in the the first room we could hear noise from the main road). The recently refurbished room was modern and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

It is a great little hotel, supremely comfy bed, nice and warm and a large room. My only gripe is that the water pressure on the shower was low, but that might have had something to do with being on the top floor? In spite of that, I would stay again.

Extremely friendly and efficient staff - specially Irina who greeted us and Simona who offered us a breakfast and ensured our luggage was safe while we were eating. Spacious and clean room. Lovely stay, won't hesitate to return. Thanks

Very impressed with our greeting by the reception staff, even though we arrived five hours later than planned nice clean room powerful shower no problems at all

Room needed maintenance taps worn and not working properly. Window catches broken. Etc . Needed renovation.

Car parking out front on the main road and could be a little more secure. The shower was none existant, more like a dripping tap. Location ok for some, but on the main road and not many places to use food, area around not the best. The hotel didn't do evening meals.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking good. Room very spacious,. Breakfast was included. Bus stop outside with buses every minute or so into city centre.
