Bed was comfy. Bathroom was big, very modern. The room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was really nice. Gianni, the owner, was really helpful.

The room was spacious and clean and also had AC. It was really easy to get to the main atractions in Noto. The breakfast was very nice. Gianni the owner made our experience in Noto more enjoyable, he offered tips and tricks about places to visit and restaurants. He is very happy to assist with anything.

Everything, the friendly host he was always there when you needed him, beautiful room, very clean, modern, extremely comfortable, nice breakfast and you can park the car in front.

Very central location, 1 minute away from central Noto. We easily found parking on the same street of the property. The room was very spacious and had all the basic amenities.

Close to everything in Noto. The host was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very nice - the loveliest croissants fresh from the baker and fruitsalad.
