Amazing central location in Noto, with wonderful view out the window of the basilica dome next door, it was a treat to be woken to nearby bells tolling. Access up to the rooms was slightly complicated with use of an elevator with the key, but the memory foam mattress was very comfortable, and the help at reception, although not there 24/7 (we had to wait 5-10 minutes to check in), picked up the phone immediately and were very kind and helpful and gave us context about the history of the building. The courtyard is scenic also. Decor in room and hallways less appealing, but it was a plus to be able to wander thru the floor which previously housed official events and bedrooms of former occupants.

Loved the central location right in the heart of Noto. And it was such a great experience to stay in this beautiful old Palace. The room was very spacious and super comfy.

It's hard to beat the location, right in the centre next to the cathedral, set high, in a grand Palazzo of the 1700's, with parking (paid, with some free spaces) outside, it was end of October so no crowds and it feels very local and peaceful. The hotel was the palazzo of a noble local family who donated it to the church in 1949 and it's run by the church not that you would know, an authentic experience that doesn't have all the tricked up things that go with hotels these days, if you like simple and authentic in a good way then this is the place. The unexpected are the grand rooms of the first floor, vacant and used for events, full of marvellous frescoes and architectural detail. The staff couldn't be more helpful and charming.

The building is charming, unspoilt and elegant. The people were helpful. It was quiet, well managed with focus on the most important things: authentic atmosphere, very clean and comfy, relaxed and flexible. Completely unlike the sterile sameness of the usual hotel.

Superb location, very helpful receptionist. Nice breakfast. It is right in the centre of the beautiful town of Noto. Parking is a pill but using the easy park app makea a difference.

Residing in a Baroque Palazzo is undoubtedly a luxury. Overall, my stay was positive, and the staff were exceptional and friendly. However, for a 4-star hotel, there are certain services that could be improved. A definite plus is the complimentary self-guided tour of the historic Palazzo where there are no guest rooms. Besides, the hotel is near the duomo.

Amazing location next to the Cathedral! Cannot get any more central. Unique accomodation experience given that it used to be a palace and still it is maintained as such. The 1st floor does not have any rooms offering the visitor the chance to get a real feeling of the building’s royal identity. The patio where they occasionally serve drinks it’s really unique in terms of its ambience and makes you feel like it is taken out of an old Italian movie. Special credits to the receptionist Monica who has gone the extra mile to assist me with my lost luggages and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable despite the unlucky incident. I really appreciated her kindness and friendliness!

Outstanding location in a historic building - one in a million! Very neat, staff super helpful which was always able to help despite high season (I stayed there in August)

The lady on reception (Monica I think) was incredibly hospitable and took time to show us around the palace floors, explaining the history of the building and making us feel very welcome. She also provided excellent tips on a bakery nearby that baked goods using traditional sicilian recipes.
