Friendly owner who let us store our bikes for free in his garage. Apartment is well equipped and clean. It’s a bit outside the old centre of Noto but easily reachable on foot.

The apartment was comfortable, modern and very clean. We travel with train and bus and the apartment was only 5 minutes to each and 5 minutes to the mainstreet. The host was very Helpful.

Gaetano the host met us upon arrival. Super friendly and polite. The apartment is newly renovated so feels like you are staying in a hotel. Everything you could need. Very clean and tidy and comfortable. We could park our car outside and it is a 10 minute walk to the old town. Gaetano recommended a local restaurant and even rang and booked for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything about the property was exceptional. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom facilities. In a quiet area with a very comfortable bed. Gaetano was extremely helpful and even drove us to the bus stop.

Host helped to find us a private parking spot right in the apartment complex and met us on arrival and was very helpful with recommendations including for the local beach. The main road is not in the ZTL area! There is a lovely bakery about five minutes walk from the apartment. Very clean, neat and well-equipped ground-floor apartment with excellent communication from the host Gaetano. Beds for us and the kids used the sofa bed. Wifi was good. Hot water in the shower although you need to wait if more than two people are using it in quick succession as the hot water might run out and also be aware if you want to use the bath! There is a washing machine to use and space to dry the clothes. Would be helpful to have clear instructions in different languages about how to use it. Also, be aware that you will need to pay local tourist taxes on arrival at the apartment as mentioned in the booking. The heart of fantastic Noto is just 10 minutes walk away from the apartment and Syracuse is under 45 minutes by car. A wonderful stay. Thank you for your kindness and helpfulness Gaetano.
