The location of this property is perfect as it is a 2-minute stroll to the beach. There are also some amazing restaurants along the marina that serve a great mixture of foods. The villa is airy and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The air conditioning was much needed with temperatures in the high 30’s and kept us comfortable through the night. One of the highlights was the daily arrival of the bread seller - he comes at 8am and you won’t miss him when he calls! We had a small problem with the plumbing during our stay, but Daniele was on hand to get it sorted straight away. The city of Noto was a 20-minute drive away and well worth a visit. The old city has a beautiful cathedral and many amazing churches. The evenings are full of music and the food is great.

Nice apartment with huge bedrooms, 2 mins walking from the beach, easy parking, sun umbrella provided, baby cot provided upon request, nice outdoor patio and area equipped with shower and washing machine. Owner available and responsive to quickly solve different issues.
