Second time staying in this hotel. Now they have solid wi-fi in the room , not like the last year ( at least on 2nd floor , modem is very close to my door). Good value for money.

I had booked an Airbnb, but I mostly slept at this hotel. I had seen all the negative reviews and none of them are exactly wrong. the mantaince at the hotel is horrible. This means the reviews you see are not really of the hotel, there of the individual room. there is pretty much something wrong with every room. but it is a different kind of wrong. in some rooms the Aircon is broken, in some rooms, the TV is not working, in some rooms not many of the lights are working. I was there during a mild hurricane, and the huge advantage of this hotel over some of the alternatives is that it is solid concrete and has a generator that mostly works. many, most, of the alternative hotels have no generator. I was there for a month and I didn’t find anything better, but be aware that the rooms vary hugely, you would be well advised to see the room, and test everything that is important to you before committing. also there prices in cash, in ariary, are cheaper than the prices in euros, either on the internet, or in cash euro at the hotel
