The hotel and staff were lovely. The breakfast was amazing. Overall the room was nice, however it was dusty complete with cobwebs and under the bed needed vacuuming.(I wasn't intentionally looking, I dropped something and it rolled under). Also, this is my husband pet hate, there was water in the kettle. Maybe just a little more care needed in preparing the rooms needed.

The bedroom was clean, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. Breakfast started at 0800 so I didn't experience it as I needed to leave at that time. I did however receive a refund for the breakfasts I wasn't able to enjoy that I'd paid for.

Stayed before it is an old building with complementary decor and furnishings. Friendly exceptional staff and a fabulous restaurant with enormous portions!
