Room was tastefully furnished. Very cosy and well appointed. Warm and inviting. We had a very good night's sleep. Plenty of parking outside. A lovely stay. Our host was very helpful with check in and communication prior to arrival was reassuring. The jar of biscuits in our room was a lovely touch. And we loved the nautical theme in the house. Especially the model of the Queen Mary. Stop and take a look if you stay here. Breakfast service wasn't available over the new year holiday but we hope to return and sample it. Beautiful house.

It was an excellent location for the cinema, with traditional decor. There were stairs to the room but this was not a problem for us at all. Very friendly and helpful felt very at ease.

Friendly hosts nice touch with fresh milk available 24/7 in a small fridge with your room number on it and plenty of parking.

Exceptional cooked breakfast. Easy and free parking. Enjoyed being able to access fresh milk from the room. Very comfortable bed. Host made contact via text prior to my visit, making check-in arrangements very straightforward.

Breakfast was nice, freshly cooked with local produce. The area is easy to get to and parking was easy which is great. Very clean and well presented. Also accommodated a potential late arrival very well.

Lovely property in a great location for access to Norwich. Very welcoming staff who went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Excellent breakfasts and great coffee. Ample safe off-street parking was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Room very clean and comfortable, got a text to ask what time I would be arriving and then details regarding keys and room , Elliot and Penny very friendly and nothing was to much trouble , full English breakfast was lovely , definitely be staying at Chestnut Grove in the near future as it was home from home .

Lovely room overlooking garden ,a quiet location. Excellent breakfast menu, perfectly cooked. Elliot was a perfect host, extremely polite & helpful.
