This beautiful, historic building is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. We were greeted on arrival and shown to our room. The room itself was cosy, clean and charming. We even had fresh brownies to enjoy next to our tea and coffee facilities. The home-cooked breakfasts are amazing too. We’ll be staying here again.

It is immaculate, tastefully decorated and comfortable with lots of lovely touches included eg large bottles of still and sparkling water, a proper coffee machine, homemade cake on arrival. Nice breakfast too!

All communication was prompt and very clear from directions to places to eat. The welcome from Ellie on greeting us and Danni at breakfast ensured everything we needed was very clear and met our needs. This place is in a great location with only a 5min walk to everything you need to start a break in Norwich.

Great location in the city centre but not noisy at night (I was on the 2nd floor at the back). Really comfy bed, good shower and lovely l'Occitane toiletries. Yummy chocolate brownie on arrival and also on my second night.The cooked breakfast was the best I've had and perfect for me. All the staff I met or talked to were really friendly and helpful. It was easy to come and go as I pleased and it felt very safe and secure.

Wonderful welcoming host. Nothing was too much trouble and surprised us with a card and bottle of Fizz to celebrate our anniversary. The room was nicely appointed with a good shower. Lovely breakfast and perfectly cooked with a good choice
