It was a beautiful property, it had a lift. The staff were so friendly & nothing was to much trouble. The breakfasts were excellent & plenty of choice.

Location for visiting Norwich can't be beat. Staff super helpful and the food and wine were delicious. I was at the back of the hotel and it was quiet with a great view of town hall and the cathederal spire.
