Located 200 yards from Norwich Train Station and close to the city centre, Riverside Guest House offers free WiFi in all rooms and stunning views of the Wensum River, Norwich Cathedral and the famous Pulls Ferry. Permit parking is available for an additional charge.
Each room is contemporary and stylish and features a flat-screen TV plus tea/coffee making facilities. Towels and linen are included, and many rooms have a work desk. Both Norwich Cathedral and the famous Norman Castle and Art Gallery are only a 10-minute stroll away and the property is less than a mile from Norwich City Football Club. Guests are within a 15-minute walk to a selection of restaurants and bars.
The Norwich Theatre Royal and Norwich Playhouse Theatre are about 20 minutes walk away. Norwich International Airport is just 4 miles from the Hotel.

This basic room is situated on the second floor and has a sloping ceiling. Access is by narrow and winding stairs and so would not normally be suitable for elderly people or those with a disability. The fine print
Please note that there are no lift facilities in the guest house. All rooms are accessible via stairs onto the first and second floors. There are also stone steps with a hand rail leading up to the entrance.
Parking is available on street in a zoned area. The Hotel has a limited number of permits at GBP 5 per night (check for availability and written reservation confirmation prior to arrival).
Please be aware that Riverside Hotel is city based and the front-facing rooms can experience traffic noise.
Depending on room type and availability, some guests may be accommodated in the nearby annex.
Please note that the check-in is strictly between 13:30 and 23:00.
A surcharge of GBP 10 per hour applies for early check-in and late check-in hours. All requests for early and late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. I’ve stayed twice before in the same room which was good value for money. This time I had a different room which was fantastic the bath room and shower were modern. I was looked after very well.

Great little hotel on the river, minutes away from the station, shops and nightlife . Friendly, helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. My parking permit was arranged as soon as I arrived & there was lots of on street parking available. I had a single room in the attic with steep stairs. It was small but had everything I needed, hanging rail, ensuite shower, kettle, tea & coffee, hair dryer, fan, tv & wi-fi. There was also a kitchen for guests to use, which was clean. I even had a view of the river & cathedral. I would most definitely come back for another stay.

Super friendly check in and I was shown how to get in and up to the room and Single room up in the attic, narrow steps but all good. Room decorated to a nice standard with good shower, comfy bed, decent wifi, skylight in the roof with view of the river. There's a shared kitchen available too which is really good. Would happily stay again

Great location in Norwich, the staff were really lovely and helpful and were able to sort a parking permit for us for the weekend. Quiet and comfortable nights sleep
