Free parking and perfect for a couple of days , with a bar next door where you check in. Noisy neighbour was sorted out pretty quick.

The breakfast was super cute, the private entrance and exit was perfect for being able to come and go as we pleased, especially with it being Christmas day! It was also very clean.

Lovely big room. Good powerful shower. Ok do it yourself breakfast. Good location for walking into town (took 10 mins) Everything you need for a night's stay

Check in great , the room was impeccably clean .Loved the English twist on a continental breakfast . The room we stayed in just needed a little TLC on the wear and tare but it didn’t take away from a great stay in Norwich .

Place was lovely and clean, there was free parking very close by and we needed a card to open a secure gate to access our property which made us fell safe, breakfast was plentiful .

They were very private rooms with lots of space. I liked that it was extra safe with the gate locking system. The whole room was clean and up to standard. Very good value for money! Staff were lovely and welcoming, allowing me early access to decorate the room.

Room was well equipped. Bed really comfortable. Shower great. Could park my car outside door. Check out 12pm a real bonus. Short walk along river to pubs and restaurants.
