The rooms were all warm which was wonderful in frosty mid winter. The rooms, including the bathroom were spacious and well equipped. The choice and quality of breakfast was better than I’d expected. The location is perfect, especially for the theatre.

Historic gem of a hotel in central Norwich with easy walk to shops and restaurants. Characterful room with lots of space. On site parking. Excellent breakfast. Thoroughly recommend.

Staff were superb. Friendly, informative and unobtrusive. Room was spotless and everything was comfy. Toiletries were great quality. Loved the blinds with the blackout blinds. Great location. Breakfast had a lot of choice.
