Big room, good breakfast, extremely polite staff, parking charge no needed, swimming pool ok, however steam room needs some upgrades and changing room in swimming pool area needs to be updated, didn’t feel good in there, broken shower and unpleasant smell

Staff were excellent. It was my daughters birthday and the restaurant staff made her feel so special at dinner and breakfast. Rooms were spacious and pool nice enough too.

Hairs in the bath when we arrived, poo stained water in the toilet, room was freezing, couldn’t get it up to temp with the stat, asked twice for an extra duvet, staff not helpful on the desk in the slightest, had food in the restaurant, wasn’t the best and staff just stood around gossiping, I had to fetch my own drinks, breakfast was a good selection. Gym was ok but the swimming pool shouldn’t be advertised because it’s too small and there’s constant swimming lessons going on, jacuzzi broken and nobody washes after the sauna to get into the pool

The staff are all so welcoming, my children received an activity pack each which was really nice, my son loved his high five lanyard. The hotel was clean and spacious, especially the family room, the hotel room had everything in it that we needed. The pool was extremely warm which was so lovely to be able to swim with the children without being cold. The lady on the desk at the swimming pool was very helpful and was very kind with my children.

Clean, plenty of parking. Great welcome at check in even in the early hours. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. It was great to the staff all so welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much bother and they kept the breakfast buffet fully stocked and the room clan and tidy. Clearing tables soon as they could see they were done with. Was very impressed.

Location is great for a nearby customer visit. Room was pleasant and bed comfortable and the shower pressure was good too. Breakfast was decent, had everything I wanted. Staff were very helpful & pleasant too.
