The building was unmanned akin to an airbnb with entry via a door code system. The facilities were basic as I expected for the price, but the room was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable and free wi-fi included. There is a handy food pub immediately opposite and a chippie just around the corner. You can park right outside on the road and there are electric buses into the city centre from the main road just two minutes walk away. Administration and communication was excellent and there was someone helpful on the end of the ‘phone when I had a question. Very handy and well organised.

Perfect place to stay while visiting friends..... Really comfy bed and clean bathroom.... Good kitchen facilities but I didn't use them.....

This is a lovely old Victorian building with some lovely touches. Some of the rooms have fireplaces in Arts and Crafts style and there's a lovely glass entrance window. The house has a homely feel and is always clean and comfortable. Be sure to be respectful and consider the other residents & you'll find a warm welcome here.
