Deceptively spacious, lovely and warm, generous amount of breakfast, snacks, tea and coffee, plenty of room to park and convenient location (great for the airport if you need it). Hosts were prompt in answering any queries before arrival - super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, perfect for meeting up with family. Everything we needed, plenty of room, warm and cosy. Lovely hot shower. And large garden that my dog liked.

- 100% British, as a foreigner it was a full immersion experience of living in a typical British house. - accommodation is really good, two TV’s, kitchen etc.. - I recommend 100% and it’s a place I would return to !

The host were very accommodating and delightful to meet. They have thought about everything in their annex loved the little details. Ample amount of space for 4 adults and 1 child. The garden is absolutely beautiful and my 3 year old loved all the equipment including a sand tray! And diggers and cars. Amazing stay. We had plenty for breakfast supplied by Mel and David. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! If there's a reason for us to come to Norwich again we will be booking to stay here for sure! Thank you!

A well equipped well located property with the added bonus of a lovely garden with toddler friendly toys, thanks to the kindness of our hosts giving us access to their grandchildren’s toys. We also enjoyed a plentiful supply of food in the fridge for our continental breakfast.

The property is very clean and well presented. The hosts are very welcoming friendly people and allowing guests use of their conservatory and garden on top of the spacious annex is exceptional! My children had a wonderful time in the garden and nothing was too much trouble! Breakfast was plentiful with great choices and we wont hesitate to use again.
