Especially warm welcome from the lady on reception desk. Very near UEA gig venue. Ironing facilities, tea & coffee making facilities. Access to nice lakeside walk. Room quiet.

The location was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the shower definitely needs improvement—the showerhead fell off, and there was no curtain, which made it quite inconvenient. Fixing these issues would really enhance the stay. Otherwise, it was a comfortable visit.

Parked up, thought I was going to have to pay but got reasured the yellow token is scanned in the hotel so you don't have to pay for parking which was a relief as the parking charges would have been expensive for over night stay. The music venue was 30 seconds away so I could easily get to the room after the concert was finished. There was a lift that only went to the 3rd floor and as i stayed on the 3rd floor that came in hand after a long day
