Gorgeous room with ensuite in lovely quite area. Host was lovely. Breakfast would be great but as only the room it was good value anyway.

In the room I was checked in, there was no bathroom window, nor the vent worked. Not a big deal, as my visit was short. Mind your head at door frames and enjoy the atmosphere down in the pub, where you find a big woodfire and friendly horses across the road. All the bests !

Fabulous little pub with friendly staff. Rooms above. Very old 16th century building, so quirky rooms! Value for money. Breakfast was continental, croissants, cereals, toast etc. They even got up early so we could have breakfast before we left on an early start.

Katie and Jamie were the most welcoming, hospital hosts I've ever had. They couldn't do enough for you and were great company in the bar after closing time.

Such a lovely old building, full of character. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room. Wonky floors are part of the charm! Lovely room , clean and with all we needed inside. We stayed here before a trip to Silverstone the following day, Silverstone is an easy drive 15 minutes from the pub. We had a great evening drinking with the locals. Jamie and Katie are fantastic hosts at the pub! Had a great time with you all!

The lady that greeted me was very nice and friendly. The room has everything you would need for a short stay. There is a village shop just a few metres up the road.
