Please note that bed preferences are available on request only and cannot be guaranteed. This has to be confirmed by the property. Please be aware that Mercure Northampton no longer has a swimming pool and wet facilities. Please note that the card used to make the booking has to be presented upon check-in. Please be aware a maximum of two guest requiring assistance (due to any form of disability or impairments) is permitted at the hotel on any given night due to fire, life safety policies, relating to the safe and appropriate time required to facilitate evacuation. Any guests that will require assistance from the hotel team to safely evacuate the property in case of an emergency for an overnight stay must state this at booking stage. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to confirm if this is possible and the booking will not be guaranteed until actioned by the hotel and contact will be made to the guest from a front of house team member. In the event that the hotel is not made aware 48 hours prior to arrival that a guest would require assistance to evacuate the building, and we have exceeded our capability to ensure the safe evacuation then the hotel reserves the right to decline the booking.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The location to the town was only a 5 minute walk. Parking on site was secure and a reasonable price, as was the room which had a large, comfortable bed.

Perfect location for all town centre shops, cafes, pubs. Nice spacious lounge. Very professional courteous and pleasant staff. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Good heating and fresh air possibles in bedrooms.

the hotel is well located for the town centre and reasonably close to the rail station. There was plenty of parking and the rooms were OK and clean.

Allocated a high level as requested. All members of staff were excellent. This was our first experience of Mercure Hotels, and we will return. We are used to a good standard being Bonvoy Platinum Elite members. Northampton Delta is a bit isolated so we chose the well located Mercure. Breakfast and bar snacks were of a good standard.
