Everything was perfect and far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a beach villa and felt very comfortable with our 3-year-old son. During our stay, housekeeping came three times a day to clean the room. The beach and sea were like a piece of heaven. As for the food, they created a wide variety that caters to everyone’s taste. There were dishes from Mediterranean, Indian, and Asian cuisines. We would especially like to thank Lifestyle host Osamah for his help during this time

Maybe the hotel was not fully booked or maybe it is just built so wisely that you feel like you are alone on this paradise island. We had a beach pool villa and it was amazing. The villa is set in greenery, the private pool is just the right size and the beach was almost private too as there are not too many villas on it. The quality of the service is superb. We booked B and B and were very happy with the food offered in both a la carte restaurants. Firedoor provides a truly gourmet experience while pool side cafe is perfect for lunch with burgers and pizzas for the kids and a large Asian style selection for the parents who want a healthier choice. Our guest relations host Alisa was super efficient and quick to reply when we had questions or inquires. We felt very well taken care of.

The hotel location was stunning and very picturesque, on arrival you are greeted by a welcome party, the checkin experience was seamless. The facilities are as expected from a 5 star resort with a good gym and excellent spa available. The dining experience at firewood was Michelin standard, Chef Daniel and the team at the Edge were fantastic everyday, looking after our every need. We used the water sport facilities to go jet skiing which was a great experience, we also used the complementary snorkelling equipment to enjoy the waters around our water bungalow. The staff are the real jewel in the crown, everyone is always happy and welcoming where ever you go and if you need anything they are happy to help.

The location is really the amazing part of this resort. The staff is considerably polite and friendly. The room is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities: bar, outdoor shower, direct access to water, air conditioning etc.

Apologies for posting this belatedly. We stayed in the resort over the New Year. Our stay was satisfying despite the stormy weather. We liked the room very much, particularly that we were able to walk down into the beautiful lagoon directly from our room. Our coordinator Sawsen was friendly and helpful in many ways. The best part for us was probably the photo shooting service. Our photographer Era was perfect in choosing locations, shooting, and editing. Thanks to him, we have perfect photos for our wedding display. We can highly recommend this resort.

We spent a week here for our honeymoon and the resort is paradise. We stayed in an overwater pool villa and saw numerous fish, sharks and rays right at the bottom of our steps. The food in the Breeze bar and Firedoor are of a very high standard that we didn’t try the lunch or dinner buffet. Spa is amazing, had one of the best massages we’ve ever had!

The experience was phenomenal, the staff was wonderful, I want to thank everyone Sai was very funny and always attentive, Agung, Kenza, Gupita all of them special. Our water villa was like a picture and it felt like being in a movie and they always cleaned it well. We chose all inclusive, where we could choose from the menu some selected dishes. A few nights we ate at Fire door where the food was of a higher level. Everything beautiful and very sweet as at the end of the trip all the staff say goodbye when you leave with the boat
