This B&B run since 2009 by Stuart and Sarah is a class act. In the bathroom Baylis and Harding shower gel, wide, comfortable Chatsworth basin, capacious top-quality towels; room very comfortable and everything in good working order; breakfast a delight with delicious, real bacon...none of the cheap stuff. Also Stuart and Sarah are most welcoming and friendly, while their house is full of interesting paintings, antiques and historical objects. The Grange is a gem.

The hosts were super friendly and very attentive. Excellent service, they thought of everything. Breakfast was cooked to order and so good! The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone who wants the personal touch and is looking for a unique location.

A warm welcome and a very comfortable room and facilities at this independent hotel. The ensuite room was very clean and the bed was perfect with quality bedlinen. There were plenty of breakfast options and those I had were delicious, with some homemade rhubarb and preserves.

Really friendly hosts, breakfast was beautiful and good choice, felt at home and easy to come and go without feeling awkward. Accommodated an early breakfast which was so helpful. Appreciated having fresh milk in our room for tea. Really enjoyable, comfortable stay.

Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked by Stuart and what a choice! The whole place is beautiful and extremely comfortable and opulent. it beats any five Star hotel for its facilities and comfort. I had the best night sleep in ages in my beautifully furnished bedroom.
