The fine print
Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Renovation & Pool Information: There may be some building work carried out Monday to Friday during the hours of 8am to 5pm. There will be NO construction work on Weekends or QLD School Holidays. The work involves rebuilding of a Beach House and therefore there may be some noise associated with this type of activity.In addition to the Beach House work the Swimming Pool will be out of use from May 20th to August 19th, 2024.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Roomy townhouse, across the road from the beach. Newly renovated, quiet location, secure, in walking distance of restaurants & cafes. Beautiful heated pool.

My grandson and his partner who were staying with me were disappointed that we were unable to use the pool or bbq until or last day. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable.
