This property was completely central with the added benefit of a parking space for one car. The staff were amazing! Always happy to help and reacted immediately to any requests. There’s a spa and a sauna as well as the pool. Which although quite small was never overcrowded during our stay and always a place to sit. We had two groups of us staying and I can highly recommend this for multiple groups too.

Great location directly across from the beach in Hastings Street Very comfortable spacious renovated 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment Secure car park below with lifts to apartments Clean pool Ceiling fans and air conditioning all worked well Terrace with BBQ (although we did not use the BBQ) Large refrigerator Washing machine & Dryer Comfortable furniture Friendly staff Able to hire sun shade from Reception for the beach during our stay

Step out the front door straight onto Hastings St. Parked the car and didn’t use it for four days. Just soooo relaxing.

The location of the property was excellent. When we arrived we were told that we were upgraded to the platinum 2 bedroom apartment in the Sapphire Wing which was very unexpected, what a great way to start the trip. We were delighted by how spacious the apartment was, plus it was lovely and clean. Thank you so much to all the staff at Emerald for such a wonderful holiday.

The staff were beautiful, helpful. Location of the property is fabulous, right on Hastings st. The styling of the apartment was calm and attractive. The pool was refreshing and the gardens very tropical and beautiful

We thought it was the perfect location and the design of the complex was special. But the welcome we received from Alyssa got our stay off to a great start. That first encounter is really important for weary, foreign travellers and Alyssa's open, caring approach was expertly measured to ensure we felt special. After that all staff gave us similar attention. Mark in particular was very helpful over a couple of minor personal maintenance issues and we were treated with respect even though we were probably interrupting his workload. The apartment was more than we'd expected and we didn't want to leave.
