Please note Sunday reception hours are from 9:00 until 11:00 for check in. If you expect to arrive after this time, please contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation to organise key collection from the properties safe.Caribbean Noosa will be undergoing a full pool renovation from 15th June to around 28 June. (weather permitting). The pool will be closed to guests. There will be quite a bit of noise on certain days during this renovation. Please call us if you would like to discuss.Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Great location, easy walk into Hastings street shops and restaurants, and to the beach. Units surround central pool area and are clean and comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful pool, superb location (within 5 mins stroll of Hastings Street) fantastic BBQ facilities and a beautiful river outlook. We hired a boat and parked on the beach at accommodation for lunch. Apartments are spacious, modern, quiet, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Superb place to stay, highly recommended ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Location was excellent - short walk to Hastings Street where all the shops, cafes and beach are. Apartment had everything we needed and nice view looking out to the water.
