Hotel Overview

This authentic family hotel has been run by the owner's family for more than 95 years. And is located a 5-minute walk from the old center of Noordwijk. The North Sea Beach is just 2km from the hotel which takes you about a 5-minute ride by car, 20 minutes by foot, or a 10-minute ride by bicycle.
Each room is decorated in light décor. They feature a desk, TV and a bathroom that is fitted with a bath or shower. Free toiletries are provided. Hotel Royal offers free WiFi throughout the entire hotel.
Enjoy a wide variety of wines and beers served in the hotel bar, and play a game of billiards. Or relax and read a book or newspaper on the terrace or garden. Laundry and dry-cleaning services are available at the hotel.

I was upgraded on arrival to a double room. Super friendly receptionist. Good, clean room with decent wifi. Parking in the hotel car park. Decent breakfast. Lovely location. Good supermarket within walking distance.

A very nice hotel about 20 min drive (by bus) from Leiden. The breakfast was fantastic! The rooms are quiet and very clean. There is a desk - comfortable for office work - and another small table. Check-in was flexible, later than the reception regular hours.

I had a studio type room. For a week it was perfect choice 👌. The bed was comfy, pillow a little bit too high for me, bet I slept well. The studio was quiet and I had choice to cook my food.
