This brand-new hotel is amazing, if you want to treat yourselves while in NK i totally recommend it. The river-side rooms have a great view and a semi private porch overlooking the river, the bed is perfect and style is lovely.

Beautiful brand new property right next to the river. Comfortable beds. Hot shower with lots of water in a separate shower cubicle. Cushions on the seats outside on the balcony. Large glass front so you can see the river and mountains even from your bed. My best stay in Laos. Nice and quiet. The pictures don’t look as good as it actually is! Not to be confused with the old meexok property. There are two.

The hotel is really new and opened some weeks ago. It's called Amanda, Meexok is the other one which is also really worth a stay. We stayed there for four nights and were really happy. Fantastic view to the river from the balcony and very helpful, friendly owner who runs this family owned hotel. There are a lot of stores and restaurants on the way to the centre which is about 800 meters away. We were really happy and confident and would book immediatly again.
