While there are areas for improvement with staff responsiveness, I genuinely appreciate their efforts and hope to see faster service in the future. The staff's willingness to assist, like providing a diffuser to enhance the room's ambiance, truly reflects their commitment to guest satisfaction. The rooms offer a unique charm, and breakfast had its moments—while the atmosphere could be more welcoming, I’m optimistic that the team will refine their approach to hospitality as they grow. I also noticed some staff members going above and beyond to ensure guests had what they needed, which was encouraging. It’s great to know that the hotel is actively working on maintaining cleanliness and upkeep, and I’m confident these efforts will pay off. Bloomrooms is usually one of my favorite hotel chains, and I look forward to seeing this property reach its full potential! I'm excited for future visits and the positive changes that lie ahead!

During my recent stay at Bloom Sector 62, I had the pleasure of interacting with Amit Kumar at the front desk. His exceptional professionalism and warm demeanor made a significant impact on my experience. Amit's confidence and ownership of his role are truly assets to the property. He handled my queries with ease and made me feel valued as a guest. His exceptional customer service skills are a testament to the high standards of Bloom property. I'm impressed and grateful for his assistance during my stay, which has been extended until September 8th, 2024. Kudos to Amit Kumar for his outstanding service!

I had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. The services were excellent, with attentive staff ready to assist with any needs. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. However, one minor issue was the yellow lighting in the rooms, which wasn't ideal for working on my laptop. It would be beneficial if the hotel could provide study lamps or offer rooms with different lighting options to better accommodate business travelers. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended for both leisure and business trips.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms are large, well-kept, and spotlessly clean. The services were outstanding, with staff always ready to help with any requests. One small drawback was the yellow lighting in the rooms, It would be helpful if the hotel provided study lamps or had rooms with alternative white lighting options. Despite this, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it for both leisure and business visits.

I was planning my wife’s bday and was looking for one of the good places where I can spend time with my better half to celebrate her special day. Given my good experience with Bloom Gurugaon a few months back, I thought of narrowing down on Bloom Noida here locally. I am happy to share that Bloom Noida made this short stay one of the memorable one for us. The check in was flawless and quick and a very beautiful room was allocated to us. The team took very special care of us and made sure all our requests were met. A special mention to individuals who made this occasion memorable. from the front desk & Housekeeping team, thanks a ton for taking care of all arrangements and your suggestions with food.
