Easy to access from train station, buses and taxi available. Rooms very clean, the onsen on the balcony was wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful-would recommend

Peaceful, all the meals were really a display and delicious, our own onsen on balcony was a treat and the public baths were also great, short walk to shops station - easy hotel shuttle bus from Sapporo make it easy to get and get back to Sapporo.

Everything was great. The room was spacious with a very nice private onsen in the room. The in-room onsen was a bit small though, so we mostly used the public onsen instead. The public onsen has both the indoor and outdoor and we had a great experience. The dinner and breakfast was amazing. Breakfast even came with a mini buffet as well. Overall, loved the experience here and it is also within walking distance of most places.

Excellent service and food. We are impressed by how the staff and chef could respond to our special dietary requirement. Dishes are designed and arranged exclusively responding to our dietary requirement.

Break fast was not too bad. However would expect more varieties. It’s pretty limited for the amount I paid for. The staffs from the dining hall were pleasant and patient with my son. faculties are old but very well maintained. I am sure other tourists may have experienced a better stay compared to mine. LOL

Room : Clean and comfortable Location: Very convenient. Few tourists attraction like bear park, retail shopping outlets and hell valley can easily reached by walking distance. Free shuttle bus/van provided too. Service: 10/10 Food: Private Room dinner package, 10/10

A luxurious onsen hotel. Perfect for rest and relaxation. The Japanese room with private onsen was a real treat. The included breakfast and dinner set meals were exquisite. Only a short walk to the main shops and restaurants. Local bus stop right across the street. Main bus terminal within easy walking distance.
