Amazing place in an amazing green space. Stylish, comfortable and modern accomodation in a well-kept park with great services. The sea is 2 minutes walking distance.

Villas are surounded by beautiful greenery, modernly furnished and the location is perfect. Beds are comfortable. You have about 200-250m to the beach. Walk is absolutely delightful since there are trees and flowers everywhere. We absolutely liked the stay and would recommend it.

The accommodation was really great - villas are well equipped and super clean, located underneath the treas in a quiet area (slept really well). The kitchenette was equipped with all that we needed (although we mostly ate outside, there were plenty of places to choose from). Super nice employees (both the receptionists and the cleaning staff, they really made us feel at home). The reception staff showed a lot of consideration for special needs of my elderly parents - much appreciated! For people travelling with their dogs: whole of Njivice (basically all the restaurants and coffee shops we visited) are super ok with the dogs accompanying their humans to the establishments. There are a couple of beaches where dogs can go as well, so all of our "family members" were happy with the stay. For sure will visit again!

Great location, great villas, very kind personel, nice beach and resaurants. We enjoyed food delivery lretty much. Excellent morning yoga and bikes at the reception make the holiday more sporty. Villas look good inside and outside as well. Place is dog freindly which is great. Dog beach is 10 minites walk.

Lovely private villas in an oak forest right next to sea coast. We really appreciate the "green" aspect of the villas, which have been built in an oak forest leaving the cooling tree cover and privacy. The beach is next to the property and you really get the best of combination of being in a quiet secluded spot but 2 minutes away from the water at the same time. We found the villas to be spacious, with two separate bedrooms, a large living room, and a nice terrace.

Everything is very very clean!! The Sea was very close.The terrace and the house are also wonderfull.❤️❤️❤️ The girl at the reception is super and helpful.

It was so nice, green, clean and dog friendly. The apartments not too close to each other, they are modern and spacious. We took our husky with us. She had a welcome package in the apartment and the staff was so gentle to her all the time. All the bars and restaurants welcome dogs and they offer water and dog biscuits to them. So kind! I was a bit worried about the beach because I could not find enough photos of it, but it is close, clean, not too crowded. If I can suggest I would upload more detailed pictures of the beach area. The grill restaurant of the resort has very tasty food, we ate there all the time. We must come back.
