Zita was lovely, very welcoming and knowledgeable, always willing to help. We had the small room but it was easily big enough for our 3 night stay, short walk to all amenities in Nizwa, garden to sit in and chill. Lovely entrance way which was typical of the wrlcome

My stay was taken care of in the best way by beautiful Cita. She is really warm and kind. Always ready with coffee and dates and are at service anytime. She even took the time to arrange other accomandation to a friend of mine since Riad was full. She makes the hotel feel like home.

The Riad is in the start-up and beautification phase, so it is yet to be completed. It is strategically located because it is on the edge of the old city; the structure is surrounded by a variety of plants and adorned with small lights set in typical ceramics. A gutter and a swimming pool complete the outdoor area.

Friendly staff (although one did not understand English well), comfortable bed, location within the old city and short walk to the castle and souq. Good value for money.

👳🏾♂️ People: Mohamed - great host and super person! Zita - very helpful and there to advise and support! Very positive girl! Love you guys! 🏡 We had the cheapest and smallest (I think so) room but it was still very OK! Clean and cozy! 🧭 Location is straightforward in front of Old City entrance and wall. 🏊♂️ Small but very great to have swimming pool! We enjoyed a lot at the morning to refresh. ☕️🌴Delicious coffee and dates! 🅿️ Parking: we parked on central free parking in front of Souq, but it’s not so far away, thus ok.

Good location, in the historical centre of Nizwa, close to the fortress and the souk. Very nice and helpful property manager (from Afrika). Kitchen, fridge, garden with outdoor pool available.
