The staff were the best thing about our stay. Very helpful and had beautiful manners. Location was in the Nizwa Fort area 2 minute walk from the fort itself. Will definitely stay here again.

Very cute hotel, right in town centre. Very comfortable and perfect for our one night in Nizwa. The only thing they have to improve is the breakfast. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Perfect location in the heart of Nizwa's old town. The rooftop bar had a great view of the city. The souq and other points of interest were within a walking distance from the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful

If you book two rooms and request connecting rooms, they will be two opposite rooms linked by a small living area/foyer, creating a spacious environment where large luggage can be placed in the living area/foyer. The decor is relatively new and very clean. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Nizwa Fort, the central landmark of the area.

Location was good, right in the middle of the Old Quarters of Nizwa Old Town. Easy access to many of the old town charming attractions, great food places & the local market selling all things Omani. The rooftop Cafe is an amazing place to chill and enjoy the beautiful view of the Old Town area, beautiful sunset view as a bonus. Room was comfy & very clean. Friendly & attentive staffs.
