Nice swimming pool, excellent breakfast, staff, parking facilities, everything 🙂 One of fhe best accomodation in Nizwa in my opinion. Not expensive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even spotted it was my birthday and presented me with a cake at breakfast. The room was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good enough. The pool was excellent.

We used to stay at the Falaj Daris 20 years ago when we lived in Oman and loved the hotel then. It didn’t disappoint 20 years later. The rooms are in a lovely ground floor courtyard setting around the pool and restaurant giving it a real Arabic feel. We were a family of 6 adults and had 3 spacious inter connecting rooms - 2 twin rooms (two small doubles in each room) and a double room (UK King bed). Rooms have a small fridge and kettle with tea/coffee. Beds are comfortable. Essential toiletries are also provided. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was a delicious hot/cold buffet with different hot combinations every day (the hot porridge was fabulous). We also ate at the hotel every night as they had a good Indian/western food selection, reasonably priced and very tasty (burgers were super tasty). They also have a bar and alcohol license. Staff are super friendly and they also helped out when we had an issue with our rental car. Hotel is about a 10 minute drive into Nizwa but its location means that it’s easy to get to and is much quieter than the hotels nearer the fort. We loved our stay and would always stay here when visiting Nizwa.

Although it's nearby a big road, you cannot hear a thing! The room was big and very clean (also the bathroom). As we were there for New Year's Eve, we could also enjoy a drink in a very cosy bar by the swimming pool (the other one was with music, just behind the reception).

Good accommodation close to Nizwa, featuring a pool and a bar with a good selection of drinks. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast options were decent, and the staff was very friendly.

I choose it for the swimmingpool - and it did not disappoint!!! Great pool, many chairs, towels available. All great. Rooms are spacious and food is good! People are (almost overly :)) friendly.

Room very clean and comfortable. Evening buffet very good, no vegetarian option though. Breakfast very good.
