We had a large room overlooking an absolutely beautiful garden with palm and banana trees. The whole area is like an oasis. This would be enough of a reason to pick this hotel. Location is excellent as the historical center of Nizwa is a few steps away.

Very nice garden, and great location, rooms are traditional style, the staff is a very nice guy with limited English.

It is an old house with a great genius loci, very tastefully furnished. Also a garden is available for guests, swings for kids, very friendly and helpful staff. Location just in the Nizwa Centre, walking distance to fort and market
