A colourful hotel styled as a traditional Omani house. Very convenient location - next to Nizwa Fort. The hotel is very easy to find when traveling around the city and the surrounding area.

Fantastic location right next to the fort and a short walk to the souk. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and shops a short walk away. The hotel has a beautiful garden in the middle of the rooms as well as a swimming pool (although I’m not sure whether that is heated). The garden is where you would sit to have breakfast. The bedrooms are a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well.

Located in beautiful, traditional courtyard-style buildings, we stayed in a tasteful and spacious room. Breakfast was served outdoors on the property and offered a decent selection of food, primarily savory options. The property is two steps away from the Nizwa fort and has parking, which was very convenient, although access is via a narrow unpaved road.
