This charming guest house is in the most perfect location for central Nizwa - right alongside the back of the souq. We stayed in the garden view room which had space for our big suitcases. The ‘wet room’ shower took a little getting used to, but they have a long-handled squeegee there to quickly clean up the water afterwards. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the terrace outside our door - nice to sit in the evening with views of the garden below (the bougainvillea in bloom made it very colourful). It was also a prime viewing spot for the fireworks on the Accession Day Celebrations. Dillan was welcoming and helpful in reception and Sam was super strong lugging our heavy suitcases from the car to our room on the first floor (he also came with us after we checked in to show us where to park the car because it was crazy busy in the city on the day we arrived). I thought this guest house was value for money.

The location of the house was very good in the center of the old town of Nizwa, which was beautiful. The room, with the hot tube spa, was very well designed and comfortable. We really appreciated the very warm welcome that Omani people do so good. Thank you so much it was very good. The staff was here to answer to each of our questions. The breakfast very good in a super place and is a perfect ratio between price and quality !!

This guesthouse is perfectly located in the heart of Nizwa's old town and souq, making it ideal for exploring the area. It has a traditional and authentic feel while being very central. There is parking available, and the WiFi works well. Waking up to the sounds of birds and enjoying a fresh breakfast in the beautiful garden was such a peaceful experience. The veranda is a lovely spot to relax, and the entire space is charming. The host and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring you feel at home. Staying here truly offers the authentic Omani experience. I’ll definitely book it again on my next visit!

The close proximity to the centre, perfect for the Goat Market and Souq. The incredible staff and owner who made me so welcome and for whom nothing was too much trouble. The authentic, clean room and comfortable bed.

Specially want to mention Mr. Anwar who Cleaned the room within a few minutes to ensure we have a clean space once we are back from our dinner, as we were traveling with a 2 year old baby! Loved the overall experience

Great value heritage style small hotel with a friendly atmosphere and nice garden area in the heart of the old town. Stargazing on the roof with Said Al Busaidi is lovely way to spend 45 mins

Beautiful guest house with rooftop, nicely decorated rooms, clean and comfortable. Smooth check in, friendly staff, good local breakfast. Amazing location in the old town, few minutes walk to the fort/city walls/souq and yet tucked away just enough from the main street.
