Amazing staff. The owners were so kind and friendly, amazing hosts, one of my favorites. I loved that there was a restaurant/bar downstairs and the food was sooo goood!!!

The lodge is cosy, warm, clean and perfect for a snow holiday. Shared bathrooms, but this works well, with high pressure hot water and toiletries provided. Nice restaurant and bar in the hotel, that serves a suitable breakfast and nice evening meals. The location is 5 mins drive to the Hilton lift and 10 mins drive to Niseko village. It’s a wonderful quiet location, but close enough to the action. But for our group, the main part was the wonderful friendly owner Sayuri, the whole team of brilliant staff (thanks to Sandip for the lift each day) and the beautiful little dog. I will return, thank you
