The place was clean, the service was great and the location was convenient to get to several ski resorts. The outdoor mixed gender onsen was a nice romantic way to spend time with my wife. Not many places in Japan offer this experience, so it is a must try experience. As we booked our accommodation late, we had to make 2 separate bookings to ensure we can stay there through out our trip. The staff were very nice to make sure we have 1 room to stay in for the whole trip instead of 2 rooms (which would have required us to pack and unpack again).

The onsen are quite good. But when it comes to the facilities, I would just say it's fair. Everything is just OK to meet the standard.

The staff and facilities were exceptional. The pick up service was impressive and the outdoor onsen was amazing.
