The fine print
A prepayment via Paypal is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact the guests after booking on instructions about payment.From April to November, the front desk is open between 08:00-21:00.
From December to March, the front desk is open between 08:00-22:00.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Breakfast was excellent. The ski shuttle worked very well each morning. The hotel staff were all helpful. Good value accommodation for Niseko.

Central to the local skifields, eateries, and the 711. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was great to wake up to breakfast each morning. The restaurant was a great go-to for dinner after a day on the slopes.

It was in a quiet area away from the main ski resorts but serviced by frequent shuttle buses so it was ideal. There was also a very convenient 7-11 across the street which was handy for stocking up on food. The ramen restaurant attached to the accommodation was also very handy to have.

Really great affordable option in Niseko. The place is really clean and the staff are lovely and even though it is busy it is pretty quiet in the rooms. The location is slightly out of the thick of it but the daily shuttle is awesome and drops you at the base of the mountain. The breakfast was great.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. In house meals were delicious and convenient- especially when it wasn’t close to Hirafu area. Complimentary breakfast was great too!

Across the road from 7/11. Easy access to gondola via free shuttle and hotel shuttle. Great breakfast included. Awesome little restaurant in the bottom of the hotel with vegetarian options. Friendly staff. Clean and warm rooms.

BEST BUDGET HOTEL I have ever stayed in! The Staff are Very very nice and very helpful, they are patient, provide detailed and helpful information, and even provided Pick-Up and Drop-off from and to the station. The Room is very clean and very versatile, you can have it cold, chill, warm or hot because the heater comes with many levels. The Facilities such as the Laundry, Ski Storage, Dryers, Toilet, Showers, all are perfectly clean and maintained. The view is very very amazing as well, everything is so perfect. We love it and would definitely stay here again when we come to Niseko

It was at a convenient location and serves dinner and breakfast which is really good for skier. There’s free shuttle between the place and the skiing resort which made travelling around easy. The staff were great and hospitable and most helpful.
