The room is amazing with Tatami beds and view of Yotei 5 mins drive to Hirafu welcome centre. Convenient for skiing as we drive

Located slightly away from the main Hirafu area but I enjoyed the quietness away from the buzz in the main resort. Staff were all extremely kind and helpful. There is free parking at the hotel and also free shuttle buses that run through Niseko.breakfast was amazing

We had a pleasant 4 night stay at Miru over New Year’s Day. Room is spacious and efficient. We especially like that there is a laundry room for every block shared among just 6-7 rooms. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Good spread for breakfast with western and Japanese options every morning.

The stay was amazing, with very comfortable connecting rooms for a family of 5 and cozy Onsen within the compound. The rooms were spacious as well. Wanted to specially mention the friendly and accommodating staff as well, who were very dedicated in ensuring a great stay for us - like arranging ride services for us within Niseko and appealing to our requests for the room. This was one of our favourite stays in Japan so far!

Counter staff Shuri is very welcoming and speaks good english. Place comes with free washing machine and dryer. Great location and would love to be back for restaurant here. Amazing view

place is new and clean. It also has ver nice view of yotei Mount. Staff are very attentive and supportive. My kid was not feeling well, and the front desk helped to reserve clinic visit fast cause it was Saturday, and most clinics were closed. Restuarant staff were aware and also offered their well wishes for him.
