The staff were very friendly. And the pick up service is superb. Beds were very comfortable. The shower was amazing. Very practical room with lots of storage space.

Location is a bit of the way long walk up the hill in the snow but probably the best cheaper option in niseko,

The ski resort is in a beautiful location, and is equipped with everything you need for a ski/snowboard trip. The staff was great and the resort was nice and clean. We really liked how comfortable our room was with its heated coat hanger, spacious bathroom area, desk, comfortable beds and plenty of storage. There are shuttle buses departing from the entrance of the resort which makes it very convenient to access the slopes.

The kitchen facilities for self-catering were very good and staff helpful if we needed anything. We booked a twin room for longer/wider bed and the room had more space and cupboard storage than the online pictures show. Regular shuttle service but also easy 22 minute walk from Hirafu.

Great storage in rooms for a week’s stay. Comfy beds. Separate toilet/ bathroom is handy. Friendly and helpful staff. Great little community kitchen with pots/ pans/ microwave etc but no plates or cutlery!?

Great location (it's a shuttle stop!), amazing value for money in an otherwise very expensive city. The room had tons of storage and was very comfortable. The common rooms for cooking meals etc are very useful.

Fantastic rooms and staff. Facilities were exactly as described and perfect for those who were skiing or snowboarding. Shuttles run frequently (every 20 mins) from directly outside the hotel to two separate resorts making it very accessible, despite being slightly outside the main Hirafu area. Still easy enough to walk at night if you want to check out the restaurants
