Hilton is relatively affordable compared to other similar hotels in Niseko, likely because Niseko Village is less popular than Hirafu. It is conveniently located and close to gondola, rental and restaurants. The high light was the half priced breakfast.

This is my second stay at this hotel since 2024. The rooms are nice, and the hotel is close to the ski lifts. The breakfast was amazing. The staff are very helpful and polite. The lobby is lovely and lively, with live music.

I absolutely loved the room and the breathtaking view it offered. The onsen experience was delightful, complemented by excellent service. The ski valet staff were exceptionally helpful, as were the waiting staff and the team at the front desk café—top-notch service all around. I signed up for Hilton Honors specifically for this trip, but unfortunately, I couldn’t earn points. It would be great if Hilton provided clearer guidance for new members on how to maximise the benefits of the programme. Despite this, my family and I had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed our stay.
