While the hotel is not right next to any of the lifts or gondolas in Hirafu, it's less than 1km away from Family Chair, and the shuttle service is punctual and convenient. The staff are great, the rooms are adequately sized and have good amenities, the laundry was helpful, and the price was very good.

Perfect location just 3/4mins drive from slopes and they do a frequent shuttle if you’re not driving. Amazing rooms, especially for the price, tasty breakfast, and they make a good coffee, even though it costs extra. Overall great value for money.

Loved this property, such close walking distance to town for late night dinners or late drinks, hotel ski bus was great as well. Breakfast in the hotel was delicious and so was the paid dinners, the tamer was really good.

Staff are great and friendly. It’s out of town a bit but is walkable at a pinch to the bars, food trucks and restaurants, as well as being walkable after boarding on the mountain if you can’t be asked to wait for the shuttle.
