Friendly and helpful staff at the reception, comfy beds, great location(+parking!), basic but clean room, I would stay again if I ever pass by Nis again!

Perfect location with everything you need nearby. Beautiful apartment with parking. Amazing, polite and kind host, clear instructions and fast communication, will be staying here again for sure, highly recommend!

The apartment's location is quite good, a few minutes from the city center. The room was clean and comfortable and had air conditioning, a TV, refrigerator, and bathroom and wifi. A covered parking space is included. Near the accommodation is located a good restaurant that also offers breakfast. I recommend the accommodation.

I’ve already stayed in this place before and liked it. So I decided to book it again. Location is very important to me (main reason to book Only One Suites again) however they took me to a different location which was not stated on their profile. Also, I was not staying in the room I booked. They offered to see if they can change the room but my friend had no issue with the accommodation so we stayed where we were. Anyway very sketchy situation and it does ruin the previously good experience I had with them.
